go forth

Last year Levi's created the campaign Go Forth. For their ads they teamed up with the town of Braddock, PA and collaborated in the poor town's struggle to reinvent itself by investing in a public library, urban farm and community centre.

This second Levi's ad contains an original recording of Walt Whitman's voice reciting a part of his 1888 poem America. Totally different feel to the first ad, more reminiscent of propaganda films, but I think the beautiful models make it less powerful.
